Meet the creative operations team

Our COC (a.k.a. "the Fixer")
Our Creative Operations Consultant, Stacey Cornelius, may have watched too much TV and is totally unapologetic about it. While she has a wicked sense of humour she's rock steady on the job and committed to her clients. She's the one you’ll be talking to about your project.

Famous for avoiding the front of a camera, this is the brain you want behind the scenes, making things happen.

A seasoned business owner with a BFA from NSCAD University, she also has diplomas in information technology and graphic arts. She started building websites back when it was all HTML and moved on to WordPress and other platforms from there.

But let’s let her tell you the rest:

I’m a big fan of combining the best of analog (like pencil and paper) and digital to get stuff done. My professional background includes marketing, retail consulting and management, technical theatre, and jewelry design. I currently run a small nonprofit as a fractional executive director and team of one.

I’ve been teaching marketing, branding, and technology workshops for nonprofit arts organizations since 2011. Back in the day I sold women’s wear, work boots, and art supplies. But not all in the same place.

I can tear the roof off a house and do an insulation retrofit, install an electric water heater, and design and make jewelry. I also make pretty good soup.

And I have a knack for finding opportunities hiding in what looks like a problem.

I believe technology should make the world better for ordinary people — in other words, more accessible and more equitable. That’s one of the many reasons I don’t use generative AI in my work.

Above all, I love seeing good people thrive. Especially the ones who don’t fit into standard-issue boxes.

Our CEO (a.k.a. "the Boss")
He takes his work very seriously — until he doesn’t.

Our CEO is happy to be paid in perpetual lunches and chin scritches but doesn’t understand why the computer only makes weird noises when he parks his fuzzy little butt on the keyboard.

To be honest, he gets to park his butt pretty much wherever he likes. He owns the place; we only work here.

Our CEO believes joy is an act of resistance. So while the world is busy being scary we take every opportunity to bask in the sunshine. We're dedicated to our work and we stay healthy and whole while we're doing it.

Our CTO (a.k.a. "Wolfie")
We haven’t been able to get an actual photo, but our Chief Transformation Officer is known to make an appearance around tech bro nonsense and billionaire villainy ("They can go fly a kite in an active volcano").

We can tell you she’s a pretty good writer and looks suspiciously like our COC, except with sharper teeth. We’re not sure why they’ve never been seen together.

If encountered, approach with extreme caution. And pie. We can’t guarantee the pie thing, but we have it on good authority it’ll help.

Okay, full transparency: You'll only communicate with one of us, although our CEO has been known to show up during video calls.

If you have questions about an upcoming project you can get in touch through our quick & easy contact form.
