Get in touch and we'll talk about what you need, first to make sure I can provide the services you need and it's a good fit.

Then we can set up a time for a thoughtful conversation. As always, there's no sales pitch from me and you can't hire me during that first meeting either. There's zero pressure to make any snap decisions.

“Stacey’s ideas and clarity moved me from overwhelm to action, and gave me some juice for kicking things up a notch. She’s super smart, inspiring, and totally gets what it means to run a small creative business. I highly recommend her offer.”

Operations management

Want to rent this brain on an ongoing basis? I'm open to fractional opportunities — with the right team.

  • Magnifying glass, notebook, ruler, pencil, and card with "We've got this!" written on it sit on a white tabletop.
You want help with "regular" operations (you know, the essential stuff that takes time and energy away from your core business) as well as the creative side, but don’t need someone full-time.

  • You want the right brain on retainer for your YouTube channel or podcast: editing, episode artwork, promotion

  • You believe there’s a better way to do business — that your people are paid well, there’s a culture of mutual respect, and the health of everyone involved (even if it's only you) is just as important as your financial bottom line — and you want someone to work with to make sure that all goes smoothly.

If that aligns with your core personal and business values, we can talk specifics.

When you work with me, you get an in-house, offsite strategic partner who's committed to your success and understands that everyone has their own unique ways of working.

Let’s talk more about your operations needs. Drop a line through the Creative Operations contact form.

The project process

Once we agree to move forward, we’ll set up our project framework with a letter of agreement that lays out the project timeline, scope of work, milestones, and payment terms. A deposit reserves your time in my client calendar.

Communication is important to keep things moving forward, so we’ll stay in touch during regular business hours. If we’re in different time zones, we’ll sort that out.

If you’re on a tight budget, we can talk about ways to reduce project costs without sacrificing quality.

From the client files

Here are two examples of recent client work, one for an author and one for an entrepreneur coach. One is built on WordPress, the other on Hostinger (give 'em a scroll).

If you need a website with an e-commerce solution, the third example is a site I built for a business I own.
